General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting operating principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The H-frame design with 8 guides provides maximum rigidity during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model is designed for precise and repeatable deep drawing applications, featuring a 150-ton main ram and 50-ton blankholder (cushion) capacity. The frame construction is stress-relieved via vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
